Anyone Familiar With This "CNSMINKP.VXD"?

Thanks in advance for any help Megan Armstrong. Any weird program in the startup that may cause this? spybot cleaned most of my problems, but everytime i run the program it shows i still have xupiter.obortexplorer. I have Windows 98ME and a HP Pavilion computer that I would like to remove "Xupiter" from. his comment is here

Here is the solution I came across that seems to have worked:1. I tried to remove the hyperlinks, but they keep coming back even when I disable "Automatically parse links in text". You can specify the new uninstall program below.Is this an infection or maybe it's a remnant of one? HELP?

ZbigActualy xupiter has been "kind" enough to supply a removal tool for there crapware.
